What You'll Do:
Monitor and support the work of the department to ensure proper performance of warehouse operations, including:
Primarily assigned to 3rd shift, Sunday - Thursday
Oversee safety rules, regulations, & housekeeping standards to ensure a safe working environment is maintained at all times
Plan work assignments & manage manpower to meet operational needs
Monitor team members & the work process to ensure proper completion according to company standards
Resolve employee problems & collaborate with team members, peers, & other stakeholders to facilitate problem resolution
Research & resolve inventory issues
Evaluate & coach team members for maximum performance management
Ensure team members have the tools & resources necessary to focus on safety, cleanliness, & quality while maintaining a high level of production
Counsel team members in work-related activities, personal growth, & development
Recommend and implement measures to improve processes, performance, methods, or customer service
Handling phone calls as well as face-to-face interactions with vendors, outside drivers, Ace drivers, & retailers
Monitor processes to ensure the highest quality & most efficient deliveries to Ace retailers
All other duties as assigned

Previous supervisory experience
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is preferred
